Lotech specifies a solid 3/8-inch stainless-steel bar, free-spinning nylon handles, a 45-inch overall length, and a 29-inch working depth. Its operating method is to crank into the material and lift without continuing to turn, so compare that motion with your grip, shoulder comfort, and the height of the bin opening. The tool can be relevant when the identified task is loosening or mixing reachable material; it is not a substitute for correcting excess water, unsuitable ingredients, or a poor installation.
